Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery normally takes (U.S. 3-5 days) and (international 1-3 weeks depending.) Processing times could take longer during busy seasons.

What is your return policy? 

Because each piece from Indya Atelier is carefully packaged in small batches, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness truly matters. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will gladly make it right.
